FTA is hosting a series of listening sessions to support peer-to-peer exchange and information sharing on how the transit industry is recovering from the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency. This listening session will focus on innovations transit agencies are implementing during their COVID-19 recovery efforts. Panelists from the transit industry will discuss strategies and tools and resources they use to restore passenger confidence while managing operational considerations while recovering from the public health emergency.
