Charlie Goodman Charlie serves as a senior planning advisor in the Office of Planning at FTA headquarters. He provides program oversight and support on metropolitan and statewide transportation planning activities nationwide, providing guidance, training, and technical assistance. Mr. Goodman also provides planning support to various discretionary grant programs of FTA, as well as DOT’s TIGER/BUILD program. Prior to his senior advisor role, Charlie was Director of Systems Planning at FTA.
Tonya Holland Tonya Holland serves as a Community Planner in FTA’s Office of Planning and Environment. Ms. Holland coordinates rural transportation planning activities teaming with multiple FTA regional offices and national agencies. Ms. Holland leads a rural transportation planning working group where the group has updated FTA’s website introducing case studies and fact sheets about rural transportation. Also, Ms. Holland works with public involvement forwarding the mission of transit and public participation.
